Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A written statement given to the Law Society by a person under section 199(2) of the Act must, if it relies on documentary evidence of the matters contained in the statement, be accompanied by the original documents.
(2) However, subregulation (1) does not apply if copies of the documents have been given to the Society and the Society is otherwise satisfied as to the authenticity of the copies.
