LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ACCOUNTING) REGULATIONS - REG 7

    (1)     The Agency may issue general instructions to councils with regard to financial administration and accounting.

    (2)     A general instruction issued under this regulation must:

        (a)     be made in writing; and

        (b)     given in writing to all councils; and

        (c)     published on the Agency's website.
