Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The size of the notice of making an application for the grant of a licence that an applicant must publish in a newspaper under section 61(1)(a) of the Act is to be not less than 2 columns in width by 8 cm in depth.
(2) At the time of making an application for the grant of a licence under section 60 of the Act the applicant must provide to the Commission a copy of the notice the applicant intends to publish under section 61(1) of the Act for the purpose of being approved by the Commission.
