Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsSubject to these Rules, a decision, order or direction made or given by or on behalf of the Commission under these Rules shall be complied with by a registered club, its committee, officials, stewards, and employees, and by an owner, trainer, attendant or person associated with greyhound racing in respect of whom that decision, order or direction is made or given.
