GAMING MACHINE REGULATIONS - REG 3

For the purposes of sections 25(14) and 41(5) of the Act, the maximum number prescribed:

        (a)     for Category 1 licensed premises is 10; and

        (b)     for Category 2 licensed premises is 45.
