Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A Licensee shall not allow a person to perform duties in the casino the subject of the casino licence granted to the Licensee unless the person holds a licence authorising him or her to perform those duties.
(2) A person shall not:
(a) perform duties in a casino unless he or she holds a licence to perform those duties; and
(b) perform duties in a casino other than in accordance with his or her licence.
