Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Except in accordance with this Division, the Director shall not grant a licence in respect of the Coastal Line Fishery, other than a restricted Coastal Line Fishery licence.
(2) Where, immediately before 3 February 1995, a person held a Coastal Line Fishery licence, the licence becomes a restricted Coastal Line Fishery licence on and from 3 February 1995.
(3) The Director shall not grant a restricted Coastal Line Fishery licence other than to a person who, immediately before 3 February 1995:
(a) held a Demersal Fishery licence; and
(b) did not hold a Coastal Line Fishery licence.
