Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A person permitted to use a cast net shall not use the net unless it is attended at all times when in use.
(2) A person permitted to use a cast net shall not use the net otherwise than by casting, throwing or dropping it.
