FISHERIES REGULATIONS - REG 34

A person permitted to use an amateur drag net shall not:

        (a)     haul the net except by hand;

        (b)     stake or otherwise fix the net;

        (c)     use the net otherwise than seaward of the coastline; or

        (d)     use the net, while catch is being cleared, in less than 30 cm of water.
