Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The Director may destroy fish or aquatic life that he or she believes, on reasonable grounds, to be diseased or contaminated, if he or she considers it necessary in order to prevent the spread of disease or contamination.
(2) The Director may destroy fish or aquatic life if he or she believes, on reasonable grounds, that it is necessary to prevent the spread of an aquatic pest.
