ELECTRICITY REFORM (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REG 5
Licence conditions – licence authorising selling of electricity
For the purposes of section 28(1)(h) of the Act, the period is 2 years from
the date the customer becomes a contestable customer.
