Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A person must not store explosives on premises except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
(2) A person licensed to manufacture explosives on premises may store on the premises the goods manufactured under the licence.
(3) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the person is exempt under regulation 91.
