DARWIN CITY COUNCIL BY-LAWS - SECT 83

In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears:

approved crossing means a crossing constructed:

(a) before the commencement of these By-laws, by or with the approval of the council; or

(b) after the commencement of these By-laws, in accordance with a permit.
