Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations14. Applications for licences, &c.
(1) A person may apply to the clerk for the issue of a licence required under these By-laws.
(2) An application shall be:
(a) in accordance with the approved form;
(b) accompanied by the appropriate fee; and
(c) accompanied by any documents, specifications or particulars that the council may require.
