CO-OPERATIVES REGULATIONS - REG 5

For the purposes of section 102(7) of the Act, the maximum fine which may be fixed by the rules of a co-operative is:

        (a)     in the case of a trading co-operative – $1,000; or

        (b)     in the case of a non-trading co-operative – $100.
