Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 364 of the Act by a participating co-operative for registration as a foreign co-operative must be made in writing to the Registrar.
(2) For the purposes of section 364(2)(d) of the Act, the statement must be verified by a statement by a director or the secretary of the applicant co-operative.
