Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of section 250(2) of the Act, the prescribed manner of advertising the change of name of a co-operative is for the co-operative to cause the change of name to be advertised in at least one newspaper circulating in the locality or localities in which the co-operative carries on business within 28 days after the change of name has been registered by the Registrar.
