BUSHFIRES REGULATIONS - REG 6

For section 42 of the Act, the equipment for arresting sparks is equipment that:

        (a)     effectively prevents the escape of sparks, flame or burning material from the exhaust of a motor vehicle or engine; and

        (b)     is in good working order.
