Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) For sections 24(1)(c), (2)(c) and (3)(c) and 24F(1)(e), (2)(d) and (3)(d), it is a condition for registration or renewal of registration in a category of building practitioner specified in subregulation (2) that the applicant hold a policy of professional indemnity insurance for the amount determined by the Minister.
(2) Subregulation (1) applies in relation to all categories of building practitioner other than the following:
(a) certifying plumber and drainer;
(b) building contractor.
