Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsThe Minister shall issue a notice of authorisation to each person appointed as an authorised officer under section 162 of the Act and the holder shall produce the notice whenever required to do so by a person in charge of any premises in relation to which the authorised person has exercised or is about to exercise his or her powers under the Act.
