Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) For section 65(1) of the Act, an occupancy permit is not required for a building the subject of a declaration in force under subregulation (2).
(2) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette , declare that an occupancy permit is not required for a specified building in a specified part of the Territory.
