ASSOCIATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 15

For section 68(4) of the Act, the prescribed commission must be calculated on the basis of the value of the estate or the interest in property being dealt with as follows:

        (a)     for the first $1 000 – $150;

        (b)     $1 001 to $199 999 – 4%;

        (c)     $200 000 to $400 000 – 3%;

        (d)     $400 001 to $600 000 – 2%;

        (e)     $600 001 or more – 1%.
