Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) There is payable in respect of each year of registration commencing 1 January and ending on 31 December next following, or part of such a year, the annual fee respectively specified in Part B of the Schedule for the class of registration to which the fee relates.
(2) The annual fee referred to in subregulation (1) shall become due and payable on the issue under section 13(2) of the Act of a certificate of registration and on each subsequent 1 February after the date of issue of that certificate.
