Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) There is payable in respect of:
(a) an application under section 12A of the Act for a certificate of registration;
(b) a certificate of registration issued under section 13(2) of the Act; and
(c) an application under section 20B(5) of the Act for variation of the terms of registration of an architectural partnership,
the fees respectively specified in Part A of the Schedule for the classes of registration to which those applications and certificate relate.
