Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A youth must not be admitted to a detention centre except in accordance with this Act.
(2) In subsection (1):
"admitted to", in relation to a detention centre, does not include taken in as a visitor, member of the detention centre staff, worker, contractor or similar.
