Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts2. Commencement
(1) This Act comes into operation of the date fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette . ( See back note 1)
(2) A notice under subsection (1) may, if the notice provides, have retrospective effect from the day on which the Commonwealth Act came into operation.
