Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The owner of land provided with water supply or sewerage services must notify the licensee of any change in ownership or customer details as provided for in the licensee's customer contract.
(2) The owner of land provided with sewerage services to non-residential premises must notify the licensee of any change in the number of sanitary fixture units.
Maximum penalty: In the case of a natural person – 20 penalty units.
In the case of a corporation – 100 penalty units.
