WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SERVICES ACT - SECT 25

    (1)     The Utilities Commission must keep a register of licences granted under this Act.

    (2)     The register is to include:

        (a)     the terms and conditions of each licence; and

        (b)     other information required by the Regulations.

    (3)     A person may, without paying a fee, inspect the register.
