Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere a worker who has been receiving weekly payments for incapacity returns to work with an employer other than the employer in whose employment the injury occurred or his or her employment or other circumstances change in such a way as is likely to affect his or her entitlement to, or the amount of, compensation, the worker shall immediately notify the employer in whose employment the injury occurred of the return to work or those changed circumstances.
Maximum penalty: 25 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
