Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe change in the constitution of the Council effected by the amendment of section 10 by the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Implementation Act 2011 does not affect:
(a) the continuity of the Council; or
(b) the continuation in existence, force or operation of any act, matter or thing relating to the Council that was in existence, force or operation immediately before the commencement of Part 3, Division 1 of that Act.
