Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), a person affected by an order made or a thing done by a registrar under this Act may appeal against the order or thing to the Court constituted by a magistrate.
(2) No appeal lies under subsection (1) from the making, variation or revocation by a registrar of an interim determination under section 107.
(3) An appeal under subsection (1) is to be by way of a hearing de novo.
