Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Except as expressly provided by or under this Act, anything said, written or done in the course of mediation under this Division is not admissible in any other proceedings under this Act.
(2) A certificate issued under section 103J(2) is admissible in proceedings under this Act.
