WAREHOUSEMEN'S LIENS ACT - SECT 3

In this Act unless the contrary intention appears:

"PPS Act" means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).

"warehouseman" means a person lawfully engaged in the business of storing goods as a bailee for hire or reward.
