Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A general disposition of land or of land in a particular area is to be construed as including a disposition of leasehold land (whether or not the testator owns freehold land).
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if a contrary intention appears in the will or elsewhere.
