Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In this section, "statutory will" means a will executed by virtue of a provision of or under an Act of the Territory or another place on behalf of a person who, at the time of execution, lacked testamentary capacity.
(2) A statutory will made in accordance with the law in force in the place where the deceased was residing at the time of execution of the will is a valid will of the deceased.
