Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person shall not, without the approval in writing of the Controller, use for any purpose a bore the costs of which before or after the commencement of this Act have been borne by the Territory.
Penalty: $2,000.
Default penalty: $200.
(2) Subject to this Act, the Controller may approve the use of a bore the costs of which have been borne by the Territory, either absolutely or subject to such conditions, if any, relating to payment or otherwise as the Controller thinks fit.
