Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts76. Breach of terms or conditions of licence
(1) The holder of a licence granted under section 74(1) shall not contravene or fail to comply with, or cause, suffer or permit a person to contravene or fail to comply with, a term or condition to which the licence is subject.
(2) An offence against this section is an environmental offence level 3.
Default penalty: $500 or, in the case of a body corporate, $2,500.
