Northern Territory Consolidated Acts13. Rights of owner or occupier of adjacent land over banks of boundary waterway
The owner or occupier of land immediately adjacent to the banks of a waterway, which banks are the property of the Territory, has, subject to this Act, the Soil Conservation and Land Utilization Act and section 37(k) of the Crown Lands Act , the right to access for the owner or occupier or the owner's or occupier's family and employees, and for the owner's or occupier's stock, to and over those banks.
