Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to section 99, a person may take water for domestic purposes, or for watering travelling stock, from a waterway.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be construed as authorising a person to enter or remain on land to which the person does not otherwise have legal access.
