Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) On application in writing and on payment of the prescribed fee, the Valuer-General shall furnish to any person, in such form as the Valuer-General determines, a copy of an entry in a valuation roll certified by the Valuer-General to be a true copy of that entry.
(2) In any proceedings, a document purporting to be such a certified copy of an entry in a valuation roll shall be received in evidence and, unless the contrary is shown, be deemed without further proof to be a true record of that entry.
