Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsNo action or proceeding, civil or criminal, shall lie against a member of a Board for or in respect of an act or thing done or omitted to be done in good faith by:
(a) him in his capacity as a member of the Board; or
(b) the Board,
in the exercise or purported exercise of a power, or the performance or purported performance of a function, under this Act.
