Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA person shall not divulge or communicate information that he or she acquires by reason of being engaged or employed or otherwise concerned in, or in connection with, the administration or enforcement of this Act except:
(a) with the consent of the person from whom the information was obtained; or
(b) in connection with the administration or enforcement of this Act.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
