Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person may make a complaint to the Board against a person formerly registered under this Act on the ground that that person was, as a registered veterinarian, guilty of misconduct during the period of 6 months immediately preceding the making of the complaint.
(2) A complaint under this section shall be in writing, and shall:
(a) state the complainant's full name and an address for the service on the complainant of notices or other documents;
(b) clearly identify the person against whom the complaint is made;
(c) contain particulars of the misconduct complained of; and
(d) be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.
