Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Interpretation Act applies to and in relation to the articles of a corporation as if the articles were an Act and as if each article were a section of an Act.
(2) Expressions used in the articles of a corporation have, unless the contrary intention appears, the same meaning as in this Act.
