Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) At any time before an estate management corporation first meets after its incorporation the Minister may make a by-law on any matter which, under section 26ZD, the estate management corporation could make a by-law.
(2) A by-law made under subsection (1) may be revoked or amended by a by-law under section 26ZD by the estate management corporation.
