Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere a conditional approval has been granted, the Surveyor-General shall, on an application made for the purpose by the proprietor of the parcel, give his final approval to the proposals if the conditions have been complied with but, in any other case, the Surveyor-General may, in his discretion, grant or refuse to grant final approval of the proposals.
