Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) There are payable in respect of applications (other than applications to the Court) and other matters under this Act such fees as are specified in, or ascertained in accordance with, the regulations made under the Registration Act .
(2) A fee payable under subsection (1) is payable to the Registrar-General.
