Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Act binds the Crown, not only in the right of the Territory but also, so far as the legislative power of the Legislative Assembly permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
(2) Nothing in this Act makes the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to an authority of the Territory granted a licence under the Electricity Reform Act .
