Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A driver of a motor vehicle shall not contravene a direction given by a traffic sign that is displayed by authority of the Commission except in accordance with a direction given by a person acting with the authority of the Commission.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is a regulatory offence.
