TERRITORY PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT - SECT 25AL

Sections 176 and 176A of the Mining Act and section 15 of the Petroleum Act do not apply in relation to the grant of a mining or petroleum interest in a joint management park or reserve.
